The terrace is the most exposed surface of any building. Intense summer heat, sudden monsoon downpours and standing water slowly open hairline cracks, debond old screeds and push moisture into the slab below — showing up as damp ceilings, peeling paint and leaking light fittings on the top floor.
We inspect the slope, drainage outlets, parapet junctions and existing coatings, then recommend a suitable system — elastomeric acrylic, polyurethane, cementitious or membrane-based — that suits your roof, its usage and your budget.
