Slab Waterproofing

Waterproof concrete slabs to help prevent seepage and water penetration into the structure.

Overview

Slab

Concrete is porous by nature. Without a dependable waterproofing layer, water travels through capillaries and micro-cracks in the slab, corroding reinforcement and weakening the structure over time.

Our slab waterproofing treatments are suited to new construction and to existing buildings, including sunken slabs, balconies, chajjas and podium decks.

What you can expect.

  • Protects reinforcement

Keeping water out of the concrete helps prevent steel corrosion and spalling.
